
BOOKING YOUR TOUR
Once you have chosen your tour, contacted us, and are ready to book, here are the next steps to finalize your reservation:
STEP 1: Please complete the form and send it to us. We will make a temporary reservation for your tour.
STEP 2: Once we have received your request, we will send you an e-mail with a quote (proforma invoice) with price, description and payment terms.
STEP 3: Payment.
To secure your booking after proforma approval, please submit a deposit for distant departure dates or full payment for imminent ones.
STEP 4: Once your deposit lands, we’ll send over your Booking Confirmation. If you’ve settled your balance in full, you’ll also receive your Official Services Voucher—the ultimate "all-clear" that your trip is officially secured and ready for takeoff.

BOOKING CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT To confirm your reservation and travel date, 20% Deposit of the total tour rate is required. Booking Confirmation will be sent to your email address Final payment must be done with at least 8 days prior tour departure. Reservations made between 15 days and 8 days prior the tour departure date require a total payment All prices are in USA Dollars PAYMENT OPTIONS Bank transfer to our Bank account in Ecuador Western Union Money Transfer Directly to our representative in Ecuador Please contact us if you need a last-minute booking or have any enquire about payment CANCELLATIONS: You will be reimbursed as follows Cancellation by the client The booking is essentially non-refundable if cancellation es made between 7 and 1 days before departure date or no shows. We we’ll refund you 60% of your full payment or deposit if cancellation is due from 8 to 15 days before the tour departure date We we’ll refund you 80% of the total payment or deposit for cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled tour departure date LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS We will refund you 60% of the total cost of the tour if the tour has to be cancelled between 7 days and the departure date due to unforeseen problems or external reasons such as: weather, strikes, civil disturbances, government restrictions, war, quarantine or similar causes. We charge 40% in order to cover administrative and operational expenses. CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY Tour operator possess the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, safety concerns, or operational issues, often without prior notice. While aiming to uphold the original plan, operators prioritize safety and will adjust, cancel, or substitute activities. LIABILITY The Tour Operator is not liable for any delays, inconveniences, accident expenses or misfortune of any kind resulting entirely or partially from negligence of others or from causes beyond its control. The Tour Operator does not accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or change in flight, bus itineraries or any kind of transport to and from Lago Agrio or Coca Cities (Tour starting points) The Tour Operator take NO responsibility for special arrangements or physical deficiencies that unable the passenger to participle in the planned activities. The Tour Operator will not discriminate against any individuals due to race, sex, religion, nationality or physical deficiency. We recommend the passenger to obtain an appropriate insurance By accepting the terms and conditions of the tour, the passenger voluntarily assumes all risk involved whether expected or unexpected.
